How Do I Place An Order?
Please DO NOT reference OGD or Organic Green Dispensary in the etransfer. Thanks.
You must provide your ID to the postal worker for age verification to receive your package, and you take full responsibility if you cannot provide your ID at the time of delivery. The parcel will be sent back to us immediately, and you will not receive a refund. You will have to pay the shipping again to have it sent back and provide an additional shipping fee within 72 hours of us receiving your returned parcel.

For the security question and answer, please refer to the initial email reply we send you. It will have the security question and answer we would like you to use for transfers.
All members orders will receive a tracking number in their email once the package has been shipped.
Shipping is guaranteed to all regions of Canada except; Nunavut & Quebec.

Secure Ordering & Payment Options
Once we receive confirmation from our merchant that the payment has been received, we will fully process your order and send your package out. Your tracking number will be sent to you within 24hours of your order.
*Please note that for our friends' safety and their packages, we do not ship Fridays to avoid orders sitting In the uncontrolled environment of a depot for up to three days. All Friday orders will be shipped off the following Monday morning. Except for statutory holidays. Thanks for your patience.
IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE RECEIVER TO PROVIDE A SAFE LOCATION FOR DELIVERY. ALL ITEMS MARKED DELIVERED WILL BE TREATED AS SUCH.

What Happens If I Don't Recieve My Package?

If the package never scans delivered and a reasonable amount of time has passed to seek a resolution, a package of equal value and a similar product will be sent except for any uncontrollable hold-ups such as a union strike or act of god.

Members (receiving) are covered for 1 missing package, missing package constituted by never scanning delivered.

Any replacement must be sent signature required. Any attempt of the receiver contacting Canada post will void the shipping guarantee.

If you have an issue, contact ogdtyendinaga@hotmail.com, and we will act on behalf of the receiver. ONLY WE (SENDER) CAN DEAL WITH THE SHIPPER. Any item scanned delivered will be treated as such (after a check on our end to ensure the package was addressed as requested).

If you do not have a secure mailbox for receiving packages, you may request the signature required in the order notes.
