-The driver will need a single room, in a hotel every night touring. Hotel buy-outs are not permitted unless agreed upon by management, prior to initial departure or arrangement between the tour manager and driver appropriately.

-Drivers receive an additional days pay for drives that exceed 700 KM in one day.

-Driver may not drive for more than 10 hours/1000KM without a 10 hour hotel break in accordance with MTO standards over a 24 hour period.

-Trailers are available for daily lease, plus an additional $5 charge for insurance.

-A Pro-rated engine service charge of $0.07 per Mile will be added to all invoices. Lease info and items herein, are not negotiable or open to interpretation. Golden Ticket Coaches Inc reserves the right to said policies and applications of such.

- Golden Ticket Coaches Inc. require a deposit and signed contract to book the equipment. This will be applied to the full amount of the lease. Your reservation is not guaranteed until the deposit is paid and the contract is received, signed. Payments and deposits paid to Golden Ticket Coaches Inc. are non-refundable.

- Golden Ticket Coaches Inc. provides a $5,000,000.00 liability coverage at a cost of $100 per day. This cost is included in your daily rate. Golden Ticket Coaches Inc. will not be held responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged property while the equipment is out on lease, no matter where the belongings are stored. This includes our sub-leasing companies operating on behalf of Golden Ticket Coaches Inc.

- Payments for your coach will be based on the length of your lease. You will either require a short term lease or a long term lease. If a long term lease your payments will be structured for you whereby the deposit, first and last weeks payment will be due at time of booking. Each tour week will be paid in advance of that week beginning. If your lease is considered a short-term lease, a 50% deposit will be required on booking and full payment must be made at least 5 days prior to departure. This includes deadheading. The vehicle leasing rate is applied to everyday the vehicle is being used regardless if it is a travel day or an off day. Failure to make scheduled payments, drivers payments and/or fuel/incidental floats may result in the interruption of transportation services until such payments have been made.

- Payments to Golden Ticket Coaches Inc. can be made by cheque, money order, email transfer, wire transfer or direct deposit to our account. We also except most major credit cards and have options for pre-authorized payments. All payments must be made on or before their due date(s) to avoid interruption of your transportation services and loss of payments already made. All deposits and payments are non-refundable. Pre-authorized payments are an exception.
